Delete Your Vuvu Account

This page explains how to delete your account for the Vuvu app for Android (package name com.clickai.vuvu), operated by Click AI Limited, and what happens to your data once you do.

1. How to delete in the app

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the App:

• Open Vuvu on your Android device and sign in to the account you want to delete.
• Go to Settings.
• Tap “Delete account”.
• Type DELETE in the confirmation box to confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately. As soon as you confirm, your account is deactivated and you are signed out. You will not be able to sign in to that account again, and the same email address cannot be used to create a new account during the 30-day retention period described below. This cannot be undone.

2. What happens to your data

• On your device — the local copy of your data (conversations, companions, images, and app settings stored on the phone) is removed at the moment you delete the account.
• In the cloud — your account is deactivated immediately, and its data enters a 30-day retention period. Throughout this period the account stays deactivated and cannot be used.
• After 30 days — all of your cloud data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. This includes your conversations and messages, your AI companions and their settings, AI-generated photos, and your account information such as your email address and profile details.

The only exception is information we are required to retain to comply with legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Need help?

If you no longer have access to the App — for example, you lost your device or can no longer sign in — you can ask us to delete your account by email instead:

• Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Vuvu account, using the subject line “Account deletion request”.

We verify every request using the email address on the account, then delete the account on your behalf. The same 30-day retention period applies from the day the account is deleted.
